is it worth working out everyday? like 5 days a week? my friend and i were talking today... he said that its so much faster just working out everyday. getting stronger and stuff. but then i hear you should work out 3 days a week at most? cause you need rest? do you really need to rest? or... is it bad to work out everyday? .. what are the circumstances? maybe doing cardio and other auxilary every other day? ... or just work out like mon..wed..fri? ... someone please tell me what's okay and what's good and what's not.. thanks a lot.
