Working out ED (weekend off) VS. EOD...Take a side!

Which workout do you prefer and find more productive?

Ok guys, I have been a big fan of the monday chest, tuesday back, wedsnday legs, thursday shoulders, and friday arms taking the weekend off but I no longer feel that is the best way for me. I feel that after a hard day of chest I cant come in as strong the next day and need a full day to recover to go back the next day nice and strong and powerfull...I feel i would rather over work the body a little more and hit it hard then give it 48 hours to recover till i pound another group..Anyways...I have been doing his routine lately and found it to be quite productive and would like to hear critiques from other people who have tried both types of workouts and what you found worked better for you...

Workout type 1:
Day 1: chest
Day 2: back
Day 3: legs
Day 4: shoulders
Day 5: arms
Day 6: off
Day 7: off


Workout type 2:
Day 1: Chest/back
Day 2: OFF
Day 3: Shoulders/tris
Day 4: OFF
Day 5: Legs/bis
Day 6: OFF


Out of those 2 differenty type of workouts, which one would you go for and why? if you allready have done both which one did you find more affective?
 
my best routine for bulking is 4 days on, one day off and repeat, and thats when im heavily juiced and eating like hell. Normally, i go mon, tues, thurs, fri, sat, and then repeat.
 
I do


sat shoulder
sun legs
mon off
tue chest
wed back
thurs off
friday arms
3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off and repeat
 
I do this:
monday:shoulders
tuesday:chest/forearms/abs
wednesday:off
thursday:biceps/triceps/abs
friday:off
saturday:back/legs
sunday:off
:chomp:
 
I wotk out 5 days w/ weekends off while on cycle
4 days Wed and weekends off while off

ea bodypart once a week

If I take more days off than that I get the shakes and start to convulse a lot LOL
 
Mon-Quads+Hams
Tues-shoulders+traps,calves
wed-Back+Bi's
Thur-Rest
Fri-chest+tri's
sat-rest
sun-rest........

Man, I'd love to be able to work out one body part per day ED, but I'm lucky if I can make it into the gym 3 times a week!
 
I get great results from an EOD routine.

Mine looks like this:

Monday: Chest/Back......done in compound sets.

Wednesday: Shoulders, arms....arms done in compound sets.

Friday: Legs
 
I do one muscle a day, 1 time a week.,

I just love blasting the muscles till i can't do anymore.

Doing two muscles on one day just doesn't let me fatigue them enough.
 
M: Chest
T: Arms
W: Legs
T: Off (sometimes I come in to do some extra abs)
F: Back
S: Shoulders (and some arms)
S: Off

I do abs mon, wed, fri and I do obliques tue, thu

Day #1 - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Day #2 - Legs
Day #3 - Back, traps, Biceps
Day #4 - Repeat #1
Day #5 - Repeat #2
Day #6 - Rest
Day #7 - Rest
Day #8 - Repeat #3
Day #9 - Repeat #1
Day #10- Repeat #2


And so on........
