working out at night or mornings?

anyway, I have a real debate here at the gym going on. So, what do you think about working out in the morning or at night. Which one is "correct." If you got links or info, would greatly appreciate...

I'm a night owl myself. My favourite time is usually after 10pm. Your strength increases throughout the day, and you are at your peak in the later afternoon. So for performance, later is better.

Personally, I don't know where my ass is in the morning.

i always life at night between 8 and 10, i remember reading an article in the gym that was along the lines of its better lifting at night for strength and mass training, your body is warmed up well by the end of the day. but dont ask me where i read it i cant remember where it came from

I think it's a matter of personal preference. This may sound ass backwards, but I find myself yawning if working out in the morning or afternoon... but if I'm lifting around 9pm or 10pm I don't feel tired at all.

The later the better for me, I need at least 3-4 meals in me before I feel ready to lift. Big props to the boys who get up early and lift! I wish I could do it...

I train in the afternoon, between 12-3. Ive tried training on the night time, but i find i cant sleep when i come home.

i'm pretty much at the gym at 4 o'clock each time. There are A LOT of old people where i workout, and they all come after 5, so i like to be done my workout by 5, 5:15 at the latest.
I also find that if i workout or really do any big physical activity in the morning, that I'm tired for the rest of the day, which sucks

just started working out at 6:30am,, Used to workout out midafternoon,. I feeel great the rest o the day if i go to the gym in the morning.
