Just curious as to if there are any others who may have to travel a lot for work, for example state to state or to other countries.. or for other reasons.. and have trouble staying on a good workout routine because a lack of a gym in the area or too busy to make it there. ???
If so are there any workouts for BIG GUYS.. I'm not talking little fuckers traveling around, I mean to not lose strength and even still work on putting on muscle. Not just maintenence workouts either..
As I'm sure some of you know, I have been in school over here in France taking grad classes.. And really have trouble finding a gym that has "good equipment" for guys of our size and strength. What I have found was minimal.. but I've kind of developed a little program for traveling.. And to my surprise, I have seen tremendous results.. It mimics some ideas of others, but I don't think the others would of helped a guy of my size. Maybe a 145 lb man, but not me. It's a combination of a lot of theories. You would be surprised at some of the results I've had. I'll be posting pics up when I return to the states at the beginning of September. I've been taking progress pics from day 1, where I had let myself slip away a bit, just to see how my program would work.. It's been a month and I couldn't be happier. I did the program without juice, and have my diet in check and use a normal training split. Anyways, if there is anyone who does travel and would be interested in being a test pilot of this.. Get at me.. PM me, email me, whatever..
