B bullish New member Apr 11, 2005 #1 I am always working out in my gym... Saturday was gorgeous so I did my rope work outside... Also did CORE work.. Threw in a circuit of dips and chins and had a great workout... What a joy.. If only they had a heavy bag in my park it would be great..
