As some of you might remember I hurt my knee about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Well today I decided to do some heavy sled pulls. Felt good to get some pump and work back into the leg muscles. Still scared shitless to squat though.
 
how come you scared to squat, just go lighter and perfect your form, sled dragging is good especially both directions
 
Thats the thing suston. Ive had countless people watch me squat to check my form, and everyone has told me that my form is perfect. There should of been no reason that I hurt my knee on squats. Ya im loving sled dragging
