Wondering if m1t's are safe for a 16yo

Ohhhh personally man I would say no!! 1) because you can become alot stronger and bigger at your age naturally. 2) In the long run it would hurt as far growing it can stunt your growth if you havent fully grown I'm talking about your height. When I graduate High school I had just turned 17 I was 5'9 190lbs now I'm 22 and grew to 6 feet tall weight 237lbs. I just think with good training lots of rest and proper nutrition, maybe some creatine I recomend V12 Turbo and Whey protein you should be fine. Worry about PH till your weight 200lbs your over 18 and at least your benching 300lbs good luck bud!!

safe? it probably won't hurt you if doen properly, but the chances of it hurting you are much higher than if you were to take it at age 25.

I woudl never recommend any type of hormanal thing to anyone under 20, or even 22.

Agree. It is not even worth it because you will gain but it will keep you from seen better results in the future naturally. plus you are in your peak,your hormones are going like crazy right now,if you take a weight gainer every day for the next 3 months(about 1200 cal splited) your body will be in a really anabolic enviroment naturally,and then when you come off of it you will be in a calorie deficit and it will automatically make you burn the fat you gained. That easy. Work really hard ,it pays off
 
Ya I exploded naturally at 16. The only thing I look back and say "man I wish I had this back then" was some whey protein because that was before I cooked for myself and I was not getting nearly enough protein in.

eat and lift
at 16 i gained 50lbs in liek 6 months
growth spurts and hormones will be just fine for you
i wouldnt even think of messign with your hormones yet
 
all these guys are right on man. Your t-levels are getting higher every day no need to change that.
