Ohhhh personally man I would say no!! 1) because you can become alot stronger and bigger at your age naturally. 2) In the long run it would hurt as far growing it can stunt your growth if you havent fully grown I'm talking about your height. When I graduate High school I had just turned 17 I was 5'9 190lbs now I'm 22 and grew to 6 feet tall weight 237lbs. I just think with good training lots of rest and proper nutrition, maybe some creatine I recomend V12 Turbo and Whey protein you should be fine. Worry about PH till your weight 200lbs your over 18 and at least your benching 300lbs good luck bud!!
