All I've ever heard of was glycogen super-recompensation.

In short, muscles packing in more glycogen than under normal circumstances. It usually occurs after DNP use, or after/during a carb up on a ketogenic diet.

I saw one study where DNP caused blindness in some women. I do not remeber the source but I think you might need to do some research.

If you actually went on to read the study, you would have learned that dnp actually decreased the occurence of cataracts in women vs. the general population. But the FDA needed something to hang their hats on, and that was the only thing they could find.

There is more misinformation out there about dnp than actual knowledge.

i hate to recommend dnp to a lady just b/c i keep remember that study (which was unfounded but still) that is messes up your eggs for life, i dunno imo why chance it, dnp is dangerous who dont use it right, and not to dis the female community but many of them have the logic that if a little works, then a lot will work even more, quite dangerous on dnp....just give her some clen

Clen huh. I suppose thats an options. I just think that she is gonna get discouraged when i'm on DNP and dropping like crazy and she is taking clen. But good point about the eggs. thanks

I you have a question about women and DNP why not ask a female Mod?
I think I remember "Slice of Peach" talking about using DNP.
I think she is a Mod.
