My fiance just ordered some t-rex, and she wants to know if any other girls have taken this stuff. What different side effects may happen for women?

Bump. The lack of responses is not good I'm guessing.
T-rex is an excellent fat burner. Almost all the ladies in the women's forum use it. Some women get sick to their stomach if they take T-rex on an empty stomach. (That can be fixed by taking T-rex with a 1/2 a banana.)
Always cycle one fat burner after 2 weeks of continuous use with another brand for another 2 weeks. This will keep your body from "growing used" to a fat burner, thus making both brands effective for much longer periods of time.

There wouldn't be a need to cycle it if she just took one pill a day for about a week, then bumped it up to two and so on. By the time she was done with the 3 pills a day, it would be the end of the cycle.
