Yesterdays diet:
Protein Shake- 1 scoop soy protein, 8oz water, and 1/2 banana. some ice
1 small Whole Wheat wrap w/ 3 slices of turkey breast, 1 slice of cheese, 1 tbsp ranch, and few salad greens
5 strawberries
1 small pork chop(no bone/ quick fry) w/ 1tbsp BBQ
1cup steamed green beans
Drank water all day

Fat 42 %
Carbohydrate 26 %
Protein 33 %
Calories are to low for your weight you should be easting closer to 1500-1600 calories eating to little can cause you to hold on to fat cause your body thinks it is starving and goes into storage mode.
This is what your macro break down should looke like:
Calories 1500-1600
Fats 30%
Carbohydrate 30 %
Protein 40 %
Your food choices are not great either processed foods such as turkey and whole wheat bread are not part of cleaning eating a good rule is if you don't know what everything on the ingreidants list is you shouldn't eat it. Pork should also be limited as well really only decent cut is tenderloin but even then kept minimal.
Here are a list off better food choices:
Protein fish, turkey and chicken breast, lean beef, bison, beans
Carbohydrate yams, brown rice, oats, couscous, most all vegatables, berries
Fats extra virgin olive oil, macnut oil, flax oil, almonds, walnuts, all natural peanut butter
As for your water intake it should be at the minium 1/2 gallon but better still would be one full gallon.
