Do you perform speed sets of 20 with pulls for your back as well? If so, have you only used it with Deads or have you applied it to barbell rows and chins?
I was thinking about placing the 20's into my routine in the future but I think with the speed sets and a pull might be hard on the joints.
I'd appreciate your thoughts.
