you ever take l-arginine and l-ornithine.. remember when that was the hype.. about it increasing growth hormone secretion... dude.. i sweat to god.. every time i took it.. i had a wet dream... nocturnal emission that is.. no shit.. i don't know if it was increasing my growth hormone.. but sure as hell was doing something..

I take L-Ornathine and Arganine and Tryptophan in 90 day cycles 2x a year. I don't know about increasing growth hormone, not enough evidence to promote that claim IMO. But it is wonderful for me in terms of workout recovery.
