Wodin how are you a Bodhisattva?

Do you truly fashion yourself as one who is on a quest to become the buddha?

If you are in fact whole heartedly on this noble quest how are you living your life?

Are you following hte noble 8 fold path?

Just wondering.

The 8 fold path is a guide to quiting the mind so that one can acheive inner peace. Without it then enlightenment is impossible because the mind will always be focused on the torrent of ego based thought rather than focusing on the inner peace and awareness of the self.

I use the 8 fold path as my guide through life. Some days I follow it without error, other days are nothing but error.

I don't really fashion myself as anything. I just use the term Bhodisattva because it encapsulates my quest for inner peace, wisdom, self acceptance and awareness.

The world would be a much better place if we all had this within
us.

Most of the time life is a struggle for many of us.
But people don't realize that we cause our on struggles.

If we practiced what Bhodisattv has posted we would live a
much happier life.

Good to see you Big Daddy.. :D:angel:

I think this is the paradox of being human and trying to live a spiritual life. A more difficult path, but far more rewarding IMO.

Cool.

I like the idea of an infinitely large man who most people would be afraid of subscribing to the ideas of peace presented by the Buddha. It's not something people would expect.
