wnt2b and metal gear users

if you guys have been reading my gear posts i don't want you to get the wrong idea, i like metal gear, matter of fact the worst ass beating in a meet i have ever got was from a guy using a metal viking pro, he put up a 700 bench @ 242! i did not diet down and ventured into the 242's and met up with glen " power b" buchlien, ranked # 4 all time in the 242's! its good gear, but i have used almost every peice of gear know to man and this rage x is the real deal !! best poly i have ever seen, i get as much form it as i do from my double denims! im not a big inzer fan, but this things is so good i have to recommend it when someone inquires about gear.

we need more experienced opninions on the board like yours..
like i said in the other thread at this point i only have experience with metal so of someone were to ask me should i get an inzer or a metal i can only give a good opinion on metal since i havent used inzer..

one day i will venture out and just try a bunch of other gear to see what is really best...I dont think you can go wrong by using inzer/metal/titan/karins its just a matter of finding what works best for your style of lifting

your right, its all good, and some works better for some, i just did not want you guys thinking i was hating on metal, im just jacked about theese rage shirts i have now.
and i do not understand this karma stuff?? lol

all that matters in the end is your total..
damn if i could squeeze an etra 20 lbs by wearing that new victoria secrets bra id do it!!!!! :)

ohh and the karma thingy it doesnt let you give it to the same person until you give other people som k as well..lol

I only promote metal because you can't buy it from anyone but Elitefts and those guys know how to treat their customers as compared to Inzer who could give a shit less half of the time.

When I get my bencher, I will let you know. All I know is that last night, pissed off and at 206 I tripled a 455 good morning with ease and felt I had at least 500 if not more if i wasn't such a jackass. No bullshit, I will bet the farm on the fact that there is no better single ply suit out there than a metal viking, for me anyway, we will see with the shirt.

But like always, go with what works for you, I'll step down from my soapbox now :)

your correct there, the guys at elite are awesome, there customer support is second to none, i have ordered shirts, bands, gear, from them and they are great, and im not, nor ever been a big inzer fan, but they have something with this rage, but thank goodness for titan, they are the only reason the rage's are affordable, cause they sell the fury's for 85.
 
I hear you there man. This stuff can get ridiculous for some shirts made out of testosterone induced spandex. Either way, I'm also a big metal fan because you only have to buy it once. I've spoken with those guys up there and I have never heard of any blow outs with this Metal gear and if I recall correctly, they have had maybe two blowouts in regards to all the Metal gear they sell.

Not bad, also, a lot of guys who can't get these shirts figured out have a fairly easy time with these metal shirts. Also, they don't eat you up like Inzer's. My tri's were and pits were hamburger, half from trying to just get them on, and when I wore that Metal shirt, just a couple of long skinny bruises here and there, my face was more bruised than anything else.
 
Well, this works for me because I inherited a Rage X from my brother who got one that was too big and didn't want to return it because he lifted too much in it to return it after trying it out. I seems to big in the back like the velcro is overlapping but there is really something about it in the front that kinda makes me go whoooooa, something about this thing. Now if my squat suit travels have finally come to an end I may have finally got the whole right set up gear wise. Wouldn't that be nice.

Trust me...I can tell you as the proud owner of about 20 Victoria's Secret bras, it doesn't work. However, a picture might be interesting should you all choose to try it!

I am going to pick up the metal viking bencher soon, the reeason i am not going to go with the rage x is because of all the stories i hear about them blowing out. I have never heard of metal stuff blowing out, this is a hobby for me, no one pays me. I would like to not have to send the shirt back and worry about it blowing out when i am benching.

good luck with it, but i doubt you will blow a rage unless your wearing it 2 sizes too small and benching 6+. you can't go wrong with either, the rage just cost a lot less, like 144$ less for the rage, and 104$ less for the rage x.
so you can buy 2 rages for what the metal viking pro costs, and get similar results from either.
 
I had a chance to put the rage x on at the arnold and I can't believe the pop in that shirt. I didn't use weight, nor did I even set up, I just put the shirt on and sinched the coller down.....all I can say is it would be hard to get the weight to touch.

I have a karin DD and I want to try a poly. I just spent money on the pro squatter and the pro metal briefs, so when my wife loves me again, I will invest in the Rage.

I do like the look of the metal denim though........mwahhhaahaha!

Okay....you bastard! I just ordered my pro squatter. In order to save my marriage I blamed you.

Hahahaaaaa...when one trains with their GF / BF, each gets excited about PL gear. Hell, we even travel an hour and a half together to try it out and buy it! I guess we're lucky. :) Hope you like your pro-squatter. We're still waiting for our Metal shirts...[sigh]
 
My wife understands that I did this before we got married, but that doesn't mean she likes it all the time. I give her credit though, she doesn't say a word when I go to the Arnold every year.

My friends from af and I went to the elitefts store when we were out there. They didn't have my squatter in my size, but my training partner and I both bought the briefs. I think they have to order the squatter so it will be a couple of weeks. Friday is my brief day so I can't wait to try them. I think I will put them on tomorrow to try and get them up.

Next year we will have to get wnt2 out there and hook up a nice size party.
 
Anyone used the double ply Viking Pro Bencher?
