Without the chicken....

I've gained significant body fat over the winter and am dieting to take it off. My question is, does any one have any diet reccomendations that don't include chicken/turkey? I hate the stuff but I want to keep growing muscle while losing the fat.

Do you like seafood? There are plenty of low calorie fishes that taste better than turkey or chicken. Otherwise some lean sirloin or flank steak seasoned well isn't bad either.
 
you will get bored of tuna... I can promise that.

Also, you will not be able to gain muscle and loose fat at the same time (at least not naturally). Set your mind on 1 goal and follow through
 
There's some canned salmon and shrimp that's actually not that bad if you get sick of tuna. (and you will!) For now just try losing fat and maintaining as much muscle as you can. Good luck.
 
Patience....... I'm short on that too! I think I ran out about 6 mos. ago. Too bad I can't get that in a can or something.
