With these goals in mind, how does my diet look?

Ok, here's a quick rundown (I hate long posts). At the start of my cycle, 9 days ago, I was roughly 194 @ 16.4%. My goal is, within the remaining 7 weeks, come down to a BF level between 10-12% in addition to 12-15 lbs. of LBM. My diet right now is between 2400-2600 cals a day. <50g FAT, 100-150g CARBS, 350-400g PROTEIN.

My carbs come from 60-80g PW and the remaining from low GI foods. I don't have carbs till about 2 hours prior to training. Then my sugars PW, and another 30g of low GI carbs with dinner. I think I may change my carb timing and not have any other than 25g dextrose/25g whey Pre workout, my 2 shakes post workout and then 30g or so of carbs at dinner. This way I'll drop my carbs to 100g consistently.

I eat vegetables with all my other meals, as well as take Metamucil and drink at least a gallon a day.

One thing though, I HAVEN"T STARTED CARDIO. I want to see what you guys think of my diet in regards to my goal. I will probably start cardio at week 5 or 6 and start an NYC stack if necessary. BUT, is my diet capable of getting me where I want to be, or is it all jacked up?

BTW:
Week 1 Dbol - 30 mg ED
Week 1-8 Test Enanthate (ICN) 250mg EOD.
Week 2-8 Fina 75mg ED
Week 2-8 Winstrol (IP) 50 ED.

.5 mg Arimidex/day. 2-4g ALA/day. Tyler's (what's leftover)
