Nothing sexual (sorry for the disappointment :) but we're going up to the Dallas are this weekend to bring back a guy who jumped bail on two counts of armed robbery, one for burglary of a habitation, and outstanding parking tickets (go figure)... He looks like a pretty big dude from the photo I'm looking at, and I'm hoping it goes smoothly.....

So you won't see my posts for the remainder of the weekend.... (I sense applause from some of you...heheh....)

Have a great weekend, and I hope we make it back in one piece so I can continue to annoy everyone! :)

is there something about bounty hunters that I don't know?
Because from what I DO know, i think bounty hunting should be illegal.....

someone care to enlighten me?
Well who is going to get these(I don't have to go to court people)Most cops are to busy with the daily bullshit they do not have time to go hunt these assholes down.Without bailbonds guys, are jails would be full! Not prisons but local jails. Those(most)bounty hunters are a litte gun ho.......but more people die water skiing a month then by those trigger happy dudes.....just my thought;)

I have a question about bounty hunters. Are they an extention of the law at all? If not how can they burst into your home and take you into custody. Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen...

from what I understand bount hunters are in NO way affiliated with actual law officers (although some may be retired law officers) most are just for hire.

They tend to wear fake badges and wear shit that says "Fugitive Recovery" lol
I pity the fool that "lets" them into their house just because they claim to be police officers.

Again, correct me if I am wrong

Bounty hunters work under a gray area of the law, and we're really only legally covered by a couple Supreme Court decisions (namely Taylor vs. Taintor) which states: "When bail is given, the principal is regarded as delivered to the custody of his sureties. Their dominion is a continuance of the original imprisonment. Whenever they choose to do so, they may seize him and deliver him up in their discharge, and if that cannot be done at once, they may imprison him until it can be done. They may exercise their rights in person or by agent. They may pursue him into another state; may arrest him on the Sabbath; and if necessary, may break and enter his house for that purpose. The seizure is not made by virtue of new process. None is needed. It is likened to the re-arrest, by the sheriff, of an escaping prisoner." So that's basically what we operate under. In many cases, we have more power than the police because we operate under nationwide protection whereas a police officer must operate under his state, county, and local laws respectively.

Anyways.... thank you all for your kind words of support.... we got our man! ... and put a nice fat ass check in our pockets to boot! That's the BEST part!

Great job bro, Glad every thing went well. I think that you guys do a great job. I wonder what some of your opposers would have to say if one of these escaped cons broke into thier house and held thier kid at knife point. Most likley it would change thier minds. Keep up the great work.
