Winter cycle help

Hey guy I could really use some help with my winter bulker. I have done a few cycles but mainly for cutting. I never wanted to put on too much muscle too fast since I did not want to have too many questions asked.
I guess stats would be important
34 yrs old
5'11
190 lbs
12% BF

I was thinking Sus and Deca since I really want to pack on the lbs and could care less now if people know or not. I want to be up to 210 by christmas. I have always had a problem with my eating habits so any help with meal planning would also be a great help.

Sust and Deca would be a great bulker (from what I understand) I have not yet tried Deca but am planning on it for a winter cycle myself. You said you have done cutting cycles...well...The main difference between a cutting and bulking cycle is what you eat. You can cut on Test and Deca as long as the Calories are in deficit.
As far as diet??? Just eat alot of clean foods with plenty of PT. If you are wanting to bulk up...then I would shoot for just under 400grams of PT per day. It will be hard to do with food but they make some great weoght gainer shakes. I personally like HDT Solid Gains, HDT Whey, and HDT Pro Blend 55. In the Solid Gains and Pro Blend you get 55 grams of PT per shake with water...milk will be more.

Just remember, when you end you cycle, eat more and have a good PCT's waiting for ya.

Thats all well and good but if I am not putting the proper foods in me I will now grow as I should. I do not want to make any excuses for my next cycle and want to have a meal plan in place before I start it. I want optimal growth and gains
 
Lots of Protien + dedicated workout + R&R = optimal growth. It is pretty obvious that you don't want to eat a ton of Whoppers and Big Macs, but some ain't gonna hurt you. Eat plenty of Lean Beef, Chicken, Tuna, Salmon, Mackeral and the like for you main course in your meals. Add a green veggie like spinach, green beans, ect, and you can throw in a potatoe with you steak if you want. Just limit the Saturated fats, and carbs, and you wont gain too much fat.
When you can't eat a good quality meal, then use a MRP and get you PT with a shake and you'll be good to go. Stay away from soda's and especially away from garbs before bedtime.
Don't worry about a "meal plan" or you will become bored. If you are wanting purely growth and don't care about a little fat gains, then eat everything in sight but make sure you are getting you PT intake high enough. There is controversy over how much PT per pund of body weight, but I like 2 grams per pound minimum. While on cycle, I try to get more.
If you want growth without fat gains, then eat super clean foods as I mentioned and do plenty of cardio while you are on. It may or may not limit gains, just don't spend two hours on a treadmill per day. 20 minutes of moderate to high intensity @ 3 or 4 times per week will be fine.
OH, and one more super important factor...Double your normal amount of water intake. While on cycle, I try to get a minimum of 3 gallons per day.
