Hi, I have been working out 3 days a week with two other guys. I have hit a wall and cannot move up as quickly as the other two can in weight. The other two have worked out before and trained in the past. The are into reading up on new techniques and I feel sure we are on the right track.Last week another buddy had some white pills he called Winstrol. He said they were 25 mg. They look like a tictac. They have no markings. He gave me 10 and told me if they helped he could get me more. He said take one a day right before a meal. I don't want to tell the guys I work out with about this so I can see if they see a difference in my lifting. So I got on the net and found this site. Has anyone heard of the 25 mg pill and if not what do you think this is. Also how do I take to get the best results and what should I doas far as eating and other supplement go. ex protein. What also might be the side effects if any. Thanks in advance for all the replys and input. I just want to be on the right track
