Hey help please im taking 1ml of test and deca every 3 days and have just got 100 tabs of stanozolo 5 5mg tabs, how many do i take a day?
Am i taking enought test and deca?
Im looking to put muscle on and tone up! train every day different muscle group every day drinking sci mx mass system twice a day!

Any suggests or advice would be much helpful!

how much is in each ml?
you have enough winny for 10 days. you should take 50mg/d either get more or dont take it. btw cycle history, age, weight, training experience? what do you have for pct

if your taking enough test and deca, that depends on the dose mg/ml.
and you don't have enough winny to do anything. Wait til you get more and run it at 50mg ED for atleast 6 weeks.

I was taking 2ml deca 1 ml test every 7 days for 3 months and took 3 months off and now just started this 1 last week.

dude 1cc could mean 50mg or 300mg. You have to let us know the doses of each or there's no way to help you.

each 1 ml =100mg deca
Test 1ml =250mg

ok so that would come to 500mg test and 200mg deca a week. That test dose seems right(as I'm assuming this is a first or second cycle), but I would bump the deca to 300mg a week. So instead of 1ml pin 1.5
how long are you planning on running this, and what's your pct look like?
