Would Anavar be a better choice than Winny for speed since it wont dry your joints? I believe someone posted a while back on another board that Ben Johnson said the winny seemed to tighten his muscles too much and used something else ?

trust me, winny is far supperior for speed enhancment over other things like eq, and test. test causes huge calf and hamstring pumps which leads to big problems with strains, pulls, and tears. eq is good for endurance, but doesn't really do a whole lot for top speed or explosion. winny will give you what you are looking for. Trust me.

If you havent tried it, please don't knock it. From my vast experiences with it, I feel you get noticable better results if you use it as a cardio agent than a BB agent. I also feel as a BB agent, it has value. Thats my opinion from my experience. For $35 for a 100ml bottle, you can't go wrong. The value on this is split down the middle. Plus how many people truley do heavy cardio work here? If so, they should try it and feel it.

yes anavar is also a good choice, and you don't have to take as much. somewhere around 25mg a day compared to winny at 50-100mg a day.

Ive used just winny for speed and saw ok results but when I used winny and prop I saw much better results in my speed and agility
