I wanna kind of lay it all out for everyone that knows more then I do. Im currently 20 and used to swim for fun. Then found out my times are good enough to compete at the D1 level at schools and have been offered to walk on my school next yr if i train. I had quit training months ago and started again one month ago. I weight trained for the last 1 1/2 yrs, and gained around 20lbs. I upped the training over the summer, since i had more time and have continued it while swimming again. However my cousin started on winstrol, he plays football, and has seen amazing results in speed. As far as testing goes i have read that it can stay in the system up to 5 months. Thus testing would be next fall and i would just have to stop by next fall. I will be weight training 4 days a week, and swimming 5. I eat healthy and am curious as to the diet, amount of winstrol to take, the cycles i should be on, i.e 6 weeks on 6 weeks off or what, and any other information that can be offered.
