winstrol in calves?

small but working on it said:
A guy at my gym has huge calves and he said that he uses double his body weight to do the raises. He does the standing calf raise and I havent seen his whole routine but his definately grow. He said due to all the weight on them all day long, you have to shock the hell out of them by adding double( or more) the weight for very low reps. I imagine it is painful the next day.

I bet I wouldnt be able to walk for weeks if I injected n 2 my calves. I can barely walk after I hit legs anyway.

Yes,
Since you use your calves almost all day, if you walk around that is ;) you have to apply more weight than the calves are used to, ie. your bodyweight...

I use heavy weight and low reps for my calves. It's the only way to make them grow. Just like any other muscle. Calves are genetic just like all muscles. You can't look at one BB that has huge calves and say that his calves are that way b/c that's how he trains them. As long as you're training correctly and have the genetic capacity to grow them, they will grow. But if you have bad genetics for calves, like myself, you can only train them intelligently and add size over time.
Genetically I have very good abdominals. I don't hold a lot of fat there and even in the off season you can still see them somewhat at 12-14% BF! Everyone always asks me "how do you train your abs?". I always laugh and say "the same way I train my calves...". I train my abs with 3 sets of weighted crunches. Heavy weight, low reps. Get it?
