winstrol dosage...all at once or divided?

im gonna be trowing in 25mg of winstrol a day into my test deca cycle in a few weeks
should i divide up the doses or just take all of it at once? not sure of the half life either.

winny has a half life of about 8hrs so if you can 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the evening. Something like that. Bump for more responses. I could be wrong but I read the morning/night split a lot.

yup your right bro. half life being about there. 9 hours or so is the half life of winny so half in the morning, half eveneing works well at keeping blood levels of the drug consistant.

8-9 hours is correct. i have 10mg tabs. i take 1 with breakfast 1 3 hours later. and then 2 15min before my workout(about 3 hours after 2nd dose)
