Winstrol depot 50/Sustanon 250

Hey Guys. New to the site and really appreciate everyones advice that I have received as a lurker.

I know that this has been asked over and over and over again but there seems to be so many different opinions on this that I really just wanted to get another.

I am 39 years old 6 foot 195 lbs 15% bf. Been working out about 3 years. Over the past 12 months I have been working out much harder and have gotten some descent gains.

Over the past year have gone from 185 to 195 and decreased my BF% to 15% from 22%. My goal is to bulk up with muscle and eventually gaining about 15-20 pounds of lean muscle over the next 6-8 months. The first 2 years of working out were mostly cardio and reduced my weight from 270lbs (37% BF) down to basically what I explained above.

I ran a Test Cyp/HGH cycle last year when I started strength training vs. mostly cardio and now just bought some Sus 250 and Winny (inject) 50 and wanted to run this cycle idea by you:

10 weeks

1-10 - 250MG 2 x's a week (m and Friday)
6-10 - 50mg Winny e3d

Now, the confusion I am getting is this:

As it has been about a year since I have done any aas should I start with 500MG of Sus a week or should I just start out with 250mg for this cylce? Should I do twice a week or just pop it one time a week. I have seen so many opinions on this that I guess I just want another directed right at me. LOL How does the winny cycle sound?
