Winstrol cycle

Just curious what you all think is a good dose of winny for a first cycle. Im 5'5" and weigh 160 at below 8%. Before you say I need to train more, I have been for 5 years. I began at the age of 20 weighing only 120. So I have added quite a bit of mass Im just not a big guy. I have a few shows under my belt with one first place in the open. I am only needing around a 7-8lbs change in body composition. Such as lose 3 lbs and gain 5lbs of muscle etc. I was thinking 35 mg ed for 6 weeks with 500 mg of ala, glutathione and milk thistle. I also have clomid for post cycle which i was going to run for two weeks. Does this sound about right for my goals and size. Thanks for your input and consideration.

go with at least 50mg's a day if this is your first cycle I don't see a problem I think you will get your goals.

eat a lot of protein
 
I'd go 75mg wistrol depot IM per day or add some fina. Clean diet with lots of protien is a must.
 
For his goals, your right no need for fina. If you really want an incredible change in body comp. add the fina.

So I take it the consensus is up the dose. I saw some differing numbers;

a) 50 mg/day
b) 75 mg/day
c) 100mg three times a week (was this for injecting?).

I didnt quite understand option (c) as my understanding and research tells me with orals the half life is short. I think if I recall correctly, like 3.5-4hrs for Winnie, a bit longer than d-bols, but if I only did 100mg every three days Id be out of an anabolic state for like 48 hrs at time. That must have meant injecting????

As for diet protein is above 300 grams. Actually here is my diet that I plan to run: and have been cycling back and forth on in the offseason. This is the basic lean gaining diet I use.

1) 1 yolk 5 whites, 5 oz beef, 3/4 oats
2) three scoops of Penta Pro from Protein Factory 1tbs of flax
3) 9 oz tuna, 6 oz yam, can of green beens
4) two scoops penta pre training
5) two scoops penta with 3 scoops Mass Maker from Beverly
6) 8 oz beef, salad with olive oil and red wine
7) Night formula from Protein Factory-basically a blend of slower digesting milk protein isolates etc.

Should I up the carbs? I think the protein is good I also think the fat is solid. I also take livers and mass amino tabs with all my meals.

Please help on dose and if diet looks good. Keep my goal in mind. Thanks
