Winstrol, by itself....

I'm about to take Winstrol 50 mg pills and wonder what type of dosages are safe and what to expect by itself. I'm 5'11, 190 and want to bring my bf down a bit and hopefully see some gains. Any suggestions?

And for the record, I just want to try winny by itself so please no stacking suggestions....

if your over 10% bodyfat save it won't do shit save an increase in strength. 50 mg eod would be okay but agins will be limited to increased hardness and strength only if below 10%. cardio and a fat burner added will help.
