winstrol and tendons/joints

Does anyone know, or experienced first hand, if the weak tendons caused a result of winstrol use get better/stronger in time , or could it possibly be permanent?
Also, is there anyway to tighten these tendons or ligaments that are now very stretched out and loose (particularly in the shoulder area)?

my joints get shot to shit everytime I run winstrol, but they go back to normal a few weeks after I cut it. If it gets to bad to the point that its unbearable to train I'll run a very low dose of deca. Just like 150 or 200mg a week to help with joints.
