Winstrol and Nose Bleeds

IHateCrunches

My friend wanted me to ask this. He has been taking winstrol only for 5 weeks already and has another week to go. Today he got about 5 bloody noses and it gets worse andworse. He is wondering why this could be happening. Any suggestions?

High blood pressure. Is he dieting and using alot of thermogenics and is he really large(fat) to begin with or is he using the winny and is already bulky and eating everything in sight?

I had minor nosebleeds on winny, and I NEVER get nosebleeds any other time. It's high BP. I also got headaches like hell from the high BP.

What's his dose? He should definitely lower his sodium intake. There are some good supps that help with high BP, but I can't remember them off the top of my head. Maybe SofaGeorge will chime in on this thread, he recently had some BP problems.

SOFA: please do... cause this kid is dumb.. spare me the he is too yougn andthis and that becasue thats not important anymore.... just asl ogn as he is healthy ya know. He diets well (not like you guys) but he doesnt eat too much and he doesnt eat garbage. He lifts 5 tiems a week and he isnt that fat but he weighs 205 at liek 18% bodyfat around i would guess (i am prob way off)

Get his blood pressure/heart rate taken at the pharmacy (they usually have those little machines..) , if his levels are abnormally high, then I would consider supplementation of tuarine and magnesium.. taurine at 500mg 3x/day perhaps and magnesium from a multivitamin/mineral.

It's definitely high blood pressure... and probably DANGEROUSLY high.

I got high BP totally out of the blue. I say out of the blue because I had been ON for about two years. (I've actually forgotten at this point exactly how long it has been.) I was taking the same juice I've taken a million times before... didn't change anything... and suddenly WHAMO... 150 over 110.

I box and grapple regularly... and was hitting the weights 5 times a week. I was training full throttle... set PR's on EVERY lift this past January and February. I didn't feel ANYTHING peculiar at all. Then all of a sudden my ankles started to swell... then nose bleeds... then shortness of breath.

My doc put me on a diuretic immediately... brought the BP right down.

My only theory is that I may have screwed up by not taking any anti E's. I stopped using anti E's a long time ago... and in hindsight it probably would have been smarter to take them just to keep off the water.

Your friend needs to go to a doc immediately... a smart doc who knows juice... and tell him he has been juicing and get his BP monitored. The doc may need to treat him. Don't screw around with supplements and herbs... BP needs to be treated with meds by a professional (not a bunch of yahoos on a chat board.)
