i read a lot about people getting injured or at least having achy joints while on winny.... A distant friend of mine tore his quad sprinting on winny.... I dont know if there is a connection to this accedent but there seems to be one with many others.... Is there something you could take to prevent joint degeneration while on winny? would something like cissus work?

If your concerned about joint pain etc winny may not be the choice for you bro, give masteron a run acts very much alike but without the effect on the joints
 
yea that would be my choice over winny just cause of the negative things ive read.... but im woundering if there is a solution for those who do use it... many being my friends!
 
winny dries you out and adds to your stregnth at the same time. these injuries all make perect sence.
 
so is there no real solution to the problem other than to avoid the compound all together?

Well I guess you could run some npp or deca with it, but then you would just be using more drugs to counteract the side efffects so its best to just go with another compound, personally my joints feel fine on winny.
 
winny and i have a love/hate relationship....nothing has ever ripped me up like winny.....but i've torn my pec (twice), quad, and tricep while on the stuff....the latter being the worst (wish i had pictures of my tricep muscle in a ball on my elbow - i looked like a effed up pop-eye). that being said, i'll never touch the stuff again prob....and if i do it will not be above 50mg/day for more than 4 weeks.

however, i know guys that love the stuff and have no problems w/ winny...honestly, the only way to know if it's for you or not is the hard way: try it for yourself, 50mg/ed for 4-6 wks IMO....and if joint pain creep up on ya and you're not digging it, go the more expensive way: var. Cheers,

its storys like tis tht make me stay away.... but it still makes me wounder if there is some solution to the problem.... ive tryed it for a couple weeks and discontinued because of joint issues. it makes me feel edgy too which all dhts seem to do to me for some reason. I however have many friends who use it and swear by it! and bro i feel for you man i tore the shit out of my right pec and it alone is a life long injury!

Ive used it off and on for years with never an injury.
I think this is purely individual.
 
I have taken winny on three cycles with no problems . . . then it happend. Ripped (actually tore them off the bone) two quad muscles and ripped the third vertically almost 2/3 of its length. Severed my quad tendon, blew out both sides of the knee and fractured my tibia. Not sure if you can trace it back to winny, but damn, some research would support it - but then again, I did a thigh injection the day before; prop and mast. Maybe that was it. The lesson is, it all depends on the person. On this board, we are the human test subjects and for every positive, there just might be a negative. IMHO. : )

winny is fine yo use. you just have to understand how to protect your joints, and not throw the weights around when your cutting. the trainng should me higher rep sets with a very controlled moton, save the extreme blood and guts stuff for a bulker.

use winny for cutting.. use other steroids like deca/dbol etc for bulking.

x2 on this....also, not sure if the thread starter competes in sports, but if there are alot plyos and/or sprinting involved (blood and guts running), I would try to cut back on those too....more long-distance/treadmill stuff and less all out sprinting; i would save those for bulkers as well....tore my quad/ham twice sprinting in camp while on winny :( :coffee:
 
when is the optimal time to start cycling the winny?

the last 6 weeks of the cutter right through the show (if there is one). take lipid stable and liv 52 with it.
