Winstrol and hairloss ??

Juki

New member
If I am going to do one cycle with winstrol (8-10 weeks),50-100 mg/per week , do I have worry about hairloss and do I need clomid kickstart my testicles afterwards ??

Bro
Winstrol has a very short half life. Ideally it should be run ED but at most every other, to get good results. 50-100mg a week doesn't seem enough for Winny.

I experienced hair thinning in the first 3 weeks of an eq/winny cycle. I immediately stopped the winny and the shedding stopped. So I would say yes. It does, for the most part speed the process up.
From what I've read on the board, DHT derived (androgenic) compounds do worsen the situation. Deca being the worst.

From personal experience, running a test-only cycle with arimidex (for water retention and fat-loss) seems to have a very mild, if any effect, on my hairline. Actually , I don't think I have lost any hair from using test and I'm in my 6th week.

There's a lot of info on this board about this subject. Really sound info. And I've consistently found remarks about androgens being the main culprate and that test would be a great alternative.

Bro,

Wouldn't Test be worse, as an increase causes more to be converted to DHT. DHT is the main culprit for male pattern baldness.

I have read Deca was kind to the hairline, unless mixed with Finastride? Anyone?

Well, I failed to mention that I was using proscar as well. and that helped quite a bit.
So in theorey, I was blocking most of the derived DHT from the test.
Finasteride would have virtually no effect but worsening hairloss on DECA.
I apologize for the misinformation.
As far as Test being worse, I have no problems so far with hairloss running finasteride with it.
From what I've read, DHT derived compunds (primo, winny, EQ, deca, and some say Fina, etc...) bind to the same receptors that DHT bind to, therefore competing with them. I would then assume that ANYTHING binding to those receptors would trigger hairloss, DHT or anabolic coumpounds.
