obviously it is quite dose dependent, but when I was doing var at 40mg ED I noticed strength gains within a week, nothing major, things just felt lighter. After week 2 things started to slowly kick in, but var doesn't really kick, it just slowly creeps up on you, and BANG!!.... one day your pressing 20lbs more without realising it, then 30 and then if you train hard enough and eat well 40!!!
My first time with winny is at the mo and I am in single digits for BF%, and I noticed winny kicking in after 3-4 days (45mg ED). Veins just started popping out of places, I'm currently in love!!!
