Thanks for the info, was not looking for sources. I have some on the way, and I wanted to know what they looked like possibly before I started taking them and also how many am I supposed to take and how often.
I am just ex athlete trying to get back in shape after a few years of pounding beers. Trying to lose some extra pounds and tone up. Would be great if someone could tell me what else I might need to take to make sure I don't get injured playing golf or softball. Like maybe some good vitamins or something to keep my body running right while I am lifting and running everyday.
