Thinking about doing a small winny only cycle to harder up before spring break. I was gonna get the 50mgs and run them for 3-4 weeks. I want to harden up and get stronger before March 15. Have done 2 previous, my stats are 5'11" 172lbs. How long is sufficient for my needs and is winny really bad on the liver? Does milk thistle help?
