50mg ed or eod, depends on the money you want to spend. I've taken it in the morning and 2 - 3 hours before workout. No difference to tell.

i inject so i go 100mg eod. i will shoot 50mg in to each side of what i'm targeting. like 50 mgs eod into my left and right bi. but since you'll be drinking, you take about the same amount. some bro's like to take a little more if drinking because they feel some is lost when processed. i don't think all that much is lost, if any.

oh, and i mean a little more than 50 mgs, not 100mgs when drinking although i'm sure they are out there too
