Ok, this is it. It's ordered. I have the choice to do one of the following..
50mg/day for 6 weeks
or
50mg/every 2nd day for 8 weeks
Clomid Post cycle.
I'm at 195lbs 12%bf about. Diet consists of 300g protein, 450g carbs, 15g creatine, 10g glutamine, vit/mineral pack, ala and my workout is a 2 days on 1 off split. I workout heavy and intense. What i wanted to know is whether after the 6 or 8 weeks if i continue to train and eat the way i will be eating and am eating now will my gains stay? Thanks alot guys for all the help.
Also for my training partner who is smaller 175 lbs but still very much in shape would it be better for him to do the
