Need some input...it's been a while since I been on here but last time I was on here I weighed 240lbs and 5'11....got a lot of great advice and I'm now 212lbs and looking to take one or the other...all I'm looking to do is cut up and get some hard gains too....I workout 6 times a week and start out every workout with 45min of cardio no matter what I'm working out...clean diet(which was the hardest thing to do)....input would be greatly appreciated
