seriously? Dude i have been here for a very long time.

winny cut me up quite well and my diet definatly wasn't as good as yours if that is you in your avatar. I had to have dropped 2-3% in BF by just eating cleaner then i was. Also made me very vascular. Extremely lol. My wife wanted to know whats wrong with me.

i wouldnt waste ur time with hdrol bro. ppl usually run 100mg ed for results. i would def go with var or winny. var will probably be best to help u lose some bf%. winny is still good though

Just watch for the dried out joints on winny. My shoulders and wrist hated me on it.
