You dont want to take winny for 12 weeks. Run the winny 6-12 , it will also help work against any induced gyno from the deca.

There is always a chance you will get gyno, everyone is different. RU486 will fight gyno from deca too but is a bit difficult to get a hold of.

U could bump the deca to 3-400 mgs too .

how are you breaking up the winny per day to get to 300mg?? thats not important, I was just curious?? I'd up the deca to at least 300 if not 400mg per week. \Do the winny at 50eod, through out and that will protect you from the progesterone induced gyno from the deca.. look out for deca dick too... the winny wont help you there..

Do it like this, shorten in to 8 weeks, and take the winny eod for all 8 weeks too.. at 50 mg eod 8 weeks is not that bad.. just remember to take your liver helpers and drink lots of water and you'll be fine.. but really... up the deca to at least 300..

12 weeks of winny = too long.

weeks 7-12 should be enough.

Gyno often comes down to being prone to it.....the winny will help you though.
