once a day
twice a day or
spread out during the day

it odesnt matter cause when you swallow depot (Zambons) you take 50mg at once so same difference

You can split Zambon amps up too, just use a syringe and squirt half in yur mouth, then so many hours later, squirt the rest, no needle though, you might skewer your tongue
