I'm with mlm I take it like this, 3 parts five o'clock vodka and 50mg's of winny, then put it in a condom with a garden hose inserted in the end of it then you take a rubber band tie it off, with the other end of the garden hose insert it as far as you can into your sphincter and squeeze the condom as hard as you can.
