Familiar with winny, ran it before via drinking it, did it eod, etc
But i'm curious does anyone know for sure what benefit it has based on time.
For example will it benefit my workout if i drink it 30 mins, prior, an hour, 6 hours or can it even directly impact a workout session, thanks.
Also one other thing. i figured via drinking you suffer some loss through remnants in the glass iof mixing with juice, and stomach and liver loss etc, do you feel if you actually want 50mg to enter your system, you might want to drink 60 or 75?
