After reading many articles and researching the ldl and hdl effects of win, it is unclear of how long the negetive levels of bad cholesterol remain in the blood system. Are there any Dr's out there that can give us some insight on how long the neg levels remain, how long it would take at these levels to cause permanent damage to the heart, and can vitamins like niacin and E and C really help us with controlling these levels or is that a bunch of crap.
