Winny pills sides

Hey guys

I have never taking winny pills before. But I am looking to drop some bf. I am currently on test C 250mg twice a week. I was wondering what some common sides are from winny. As in any heart racing, heart palpitations. I took dbol to kick start my cycle and I got really bad heart palpitations from it. They were the pink british dragons. Don't get me wrong, they worked incredible... I just wanted to cut down on some bf. My bf is 16.2. Maybe someone can steer me in the right direction about cutting down of some bf. I don't wanna do tren just cause I hear you get shortness of breath alot, an my anxiety can't take that. I am not on a cutting cycle, I'm on bulking. I'm not trying to cut while bulking, I just wanna get rid of some belly fat. I gain fat easily. My diet is very strict, I'm making nice gains, I just feel like on gaining to much bf in my stomach.

you dont need winny to cut, your diet is wrong, test cyp at 500 a week is more than ample to retain muscle tissue while on a calorie restricted diet.

i would address your diet and training and you will see the bodyfat shed , adding winnie wont do much more than drop some water , your not gonna notice the hardening effect at 16 % bodyfat , and just in my opinion will be a waste of your money. :supercool
 
I know winny with demolish your lipids and your hair will gradually fall out if your prone to it. Winny is harsh on your body and liver..personally I'd do everything I could while on Test C you should look into doing Hiit cardio (if you aren't already) and work on lowering your bf to see the benefits on talkin winny.
 
I rarely have many sides at all with WINSTROL. If I go up around 100mg per day I ntoice some oily skin but thats about it.
 
My diet consists of all healthy food. I eat different everyday. But mostly protein shakes, chicken, Greek yogurt, protein bars. I do drink alot of coffee. I'm just prone to gaining fat. I was always heavy my whole life. About 2 years ago, I was 240. Fat. 42 waist. Very out of shape. I lost 80lbs. I worked up to 180. I just can't seem to lose belly fat. I am still trying to gain bulk muscle. I was just worried if I don't eat enough carbs I wouldn't grow. I try to use my diet as first to grow. belly fat is the only place I gain. I do HIIT 5 times a week, 30 min a clip. That's how I lost all my weight. But as small as I got, I still can't get a flat stomach. Should I cut some carbs out??

I use 75 carbs pre an post workout. The rest (150) I spread out during the day.
 
belly fat sounds like high estrogen levels that said i would consider dropping carbs to pre and post workout only and some with breakfast , 30 g carbs pre and 50 to 60 grams post workout.

you will need to stick to one goal, example losing the belly fat (how much is fat and how much is loose skin ?) keep cardio up etc , once your happy with where you are bodyfat wise then work on lean gains

I have two suggestions to make.

1) Carbs do help for mass gains, so if you're bulking, you can;t neglect your carbs. But don't forget that carbs store a lot of water with them. This can cause bloating. If you don't respond particularly well to carbs, but you want to bulk, I suggest upping your intake of healthy dietary fats at the expense of some carbs. Your body will have a harder time storing these as fat than carbs. Look to the diet section of the forum for further advice on the subject

2) Secondly, If you want to bulk, HIIT cardio 5 times a week is unnecessary and counterproductive in this situation. You risk overtaxing your body and/or central nervous system. Too much cardio will decrease your test levels, hamper recovery, and make you appear flat. If you're diet/training is dialed in, you can cut your HIIT cardio by at least 2 sessions per week. Again see the diet section of the forum to perfect your bulking diet.
