i am running a 10 wk cycle of 400 mg a week of deca and for the last 6 wks. 50 mg of winny ed. will it be as effective to split up the winny 3wks on 4 wks off 3 wks on? the only reason i would consider splitting it up is because of the stress on the liver.

Winny for 5-6 weeks straight through is tried and true. It is liver toxic, but its toxicity is moderate (compared to some other orals such as anadrol). Best to try to limit a run of winstrol to 35-40 days. Take milk thistle every day for your liver.
