winny gel caps

when drinking injectable winny can i just squirt the stuff out of the syringe in my mouth or should i put into gel caps and swallow? do you guys think 50mg/ed for 40 days is enough of injectable winny to drink?

i thought just drink it, one guy on this board said to put in gel caps. i thought the same thing,

YOu can drink it but it is better if you could put it in more caps,so you can.
-Split the dosage during the day
-Avoid a little the stomach attac to the pure winny liquid.
