Winny during or after test?

I am starting my first test cycle, enanthate at 400mg/week. I am going to use Nolvadex to reduce bloating as much as possible but I have some stubborn fat that I would like to loose. Should I stack the winny with test or wait till I am coming off the test and start the win? Also, are oral winstrol considered harmful to you liver compared with other oral steroids? I am considering oral because I am not really liking the idea of injecting ed.
