yo guys...whats the procedure with winny drinking i got zambons amps i just loaded the syringe up and squirted 50 mg in my mouth well under my tongue straight into the blood stream..tasted not bad ...do you think i should drink 50 every day or e-o-d my 4th cycle also taking 400mg primo....cheers lads....

Either way is fine...it all depends on how long you want to run the winny, and how much you have...

P.S. - If you have Zambons you should shoot them, they are expensive and so worht getting 100$% outta them.

yes i know i've been lazy should of done a search instead of putting this post up....o.k i have zambon amps 50mg i want to do 25mg morning and 25 mg evening can i leave the other 25 in the syringe until the evening or should i just do 100mg e-o-d....thankyou guys n girls.

Run it for 6 weeks at 50mgs daily. You will be quite pleased with results. Split the 50mgs a day up in to 2 doses of 25mgs each. Either do what you have been doing or squirt 2 x 25mgs in to 2 small 500ml water bottles and drink one in the am and one in the pm.

i'm gonna do 75mg day 50mg zambon depot morning evening 25mg tabs....what do you think depot and tabs mixed together...
