How should I take my Winny 10 mg tabs? Going to take 50 mg/day Looking to cut up and lose the fat. Currently 194lbs 5'9". Stacking it with Sus 250mg every five days. Not sure if 10mg tabs should be taken all at once or throughout the day. Also is 50mg a day enough? First time using the stuff.
