Winny dosage

Have some 10mg winny tabs, just started today, 8th wk into equipoise and test e cycle.

How do i take the winny, all 50mg's at once or break them up throughout the day example: 2@8am, 2@1pm and 1@5pm.

Any help is appreciated

Once or twice a day should be fine.

Try to split them up throughout the day. The half life is approximately 8 hours or so, so if possible take them every 8 hours.

Try 20mg/10mg/20mg or something along the lines of that throughout the day.

Also keep in mind the absorbtion rate is different when using oral winny.. There is a 20 - 25% diffrence in absorbtion when taking winny orally ..

So is oral winny absorbed quicker than injectable. Also when splitting dosage, is taking every 4hrs or so okay (apx 3 times a day)

definitely split it up. You should space all orals out through the day.

I take my winny all at once. Half life is so long it barely matters at that point. But is it better to space it out...

AM/PM split is fine,,,50-100mg daily
